- Position Summary / 職位概況 Carl Zeiss (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. going to purchase a plant (~55,000 sqm) located in Waigaoqiao, Pudong, Shanghai for future Zeiss Campus Project. The project will be built in two phases, with a proposed construction area of approximately 50,000 sqm in first phase, which contents at least the function of modern office, custom er demo center, R&D, internal & external training & repairing, exhibition and part of manufacturing & warehouse; The project period (land auction, design, construction & handover) expected to last three years as planned. 卡爾蔡司（上海）管理有限公司擬購買位于上海市浦東新區(qū)外高橋保稅區(qū)處的一處地塊（約5.5萬平方米），用于未來蔡司園區(qū)項目。該項目將分兩期建設，一期擬建設面積約5萬平方米，內(nèi)容至少包括現(xiàn)代化辦公、用戶客戶展示與體驗中心、研發(fā)中心、內(nèi)外部培訓與培訓、展覽及部分生產(chǎn)和倉庫功能； 按計劃，項目期（土地拍賣、設計、施工和移交）預計為三年。 We are currently seeking a Senior MEP Engineer/Manager to join ZEISS SBI_REM to manage project relate MEP activities. The postion will be signed with FSG as project contracts, which will be terminated after project handed over / operation. 我們現(xiàn)誠聘一名高級機電工程師/經(jīng)理加入蔡司SBI_REM團隊，管理項目相關的機電工作。崗位合同與上海外服簽署，并以項目合同形式簽訂，項目移交/投入運營后，合同終止。 Requirements / 要求 Education / 教育背景 - Bachelor‘s degree or above major in MEP Engineering related discipline (HVAC, ?Electrical). 機電 工程相關專業(yè)（暖通空調(diào)、電氣）本科或以上學歷。 Experience / 經(jīng)驗 - Above 6 years‘ project management experience in the delivery of high-tech manufacturing/ industrial/commercial or related construction projects. 6年以上高科技制造/工業(yè)/商業(yè)或相關建設項目的項目管理經(jīng)驗。 - More than 2 projects of 30,000 sqm or more with full process MEP management experience. 超過2 個 30,000 平方米或以上的項目的全過程機電管理經(jīng)驗。 - A strong understanding of aspects of Project Management including but not limited, cost&shcedule control, risk management, project coordiniation & organization, etc. 對項目管理有深刻理解，包括但不限于成本與進度控制、風險管理、項目協(xié)調(diào)組織等。 Experiences of sustainability improvements and auto & intelligent facility management will be a plus MEP領域內(nèi)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展成功實施經(jīng)驗與智能自動設施管理實施經(jīng)驗 MED-related continuous improvement experiences and case sharing 具備MEP領域內(nèi)持續(xù)改進的豐富經(jīng)歷與案例分享 Other skills / 其他技能 - Familiar in English, in both oral and writing communications. 熟練英語，包括口頭和書面交流。 - Well-practiced in Office (word, excel, power point, etc) and project software (CAD, etc). 熟練使用Office辦公軟件（word, excel, power point等）和項目軟件（CAD等）。 - Good knowledge with HVAC, electrical engineering, BMS and sustainability. 熟練掌握空調(diào)暖通工程，電氣工程、樓宇智能化和可持續(xù)建筑方面的知識。 Job Description Main Tasks / 主要任務 The senior MEP engineer is required to take lead on project related MEP management works, inclding but NOT limited cost / schedule / EHS / design / quality / risk / comissioning & trainning / handover management. 高級機電工程師需要主導項目機電相關管理工作，包括但不限于成本/進度/安全/設計/質(zhì)量/風險/調(diào)試和培訓/移交等的管理工作。 General Task / 常規(guī)任務 - Overall MEP relevant schedule & budget management. 全面管理 MEP 相關的進度和預算工作。 - Manage archive satisfied deisgn proposal and qualified MEP construction production. 管理達成令人滿意的設計方案和合格的機電施工安裝成果。 - Manage subordinate units to solve possible engineering problems timely to guarantee project development in accordance with the established project objectives. 管理下屬供應商單位及時解決可能的工程技術問題 ，確保項目按既定項目目標進行。 - Plan and drive MEP reporting meeting with relevant government authorities and workshop or coordination meeting with ZEISS internal / suppliers. 計劃并推動與相關政府部門的機電相關會議，以及與蔡司內(nèi)部/供應商的研討協(xié)調(diào)會議。 - Potential MEP relevant risk anticipate and eliminate. 潛在機電相關風險預判和解決。 - Other management tasks as required by the project. 其他項目所需的管理工作。 Land-purchasing & Design Stage / 土地拍賣及設計階段 - Collect MEP requirement and deliver to & manage MEP design institute. 收集機電相關需求并交付和管理設計院完成機電相關設計。 - Manage MEP related design quality?hedule. 管理與機電相關的設計質(zhì)量和進度。 - Supporting manage in MEP related procurement. 支持管理機電相關采購工作。 Construction Stage / 施工安裝階段 - Manage MEP related contractor for MEP construction and inspect on site, 管理機電相關供應商機電施工工作，并日常現(xiàn)場監(jiān)管。 - Manage on MEP construction / installation quality & schedule. 管理機電施工及安裝質(zhì)量和進度。 - Supporting manage the coordination of MEP work with other majors. 支持管理機電工作與其他專業(yè)的協(xié)調(diào)。 - Manage on design change and chang order evaluation. 管理機電相關的設計變更及產(chǎn)生的追加費用審核。 Handover Stage / 移交階段 - Prepare defect list and monitor contractor’s rectification. 編制缺陷清單，并監(jiān)督承包商的整改。 - Manage and inspection on MEP system testing, commissioning and tranning to users. 管理和檢查機電系統(tǒng)的測試、調(diào)試和用戶培訓。
